Our products provide education and help you develop practical skills for personal life, study and work. Topics can include finance and economics, business and management, technology and AI, and professional and personal development. Explanations, examples and practical exercises help you understand a subject and apply what you learn.

Education and personal decisions

We do not provide personal investment recommendations, insurance advice or other regulated financial advice through these products. We do not assess a particular investment, insurance policy or financial transaction as suitable for your circumstances, recommend that you buy, sell or hold a particular financial instrument, manage your portfolio or execute orders for you.

Calculations, templates and planning exercises help you explore assumptions, options and possible outcomes. You can use your own figures, but using these materials does not mean that we have reviewed your finances or assessed which financial decision is suitable for you. Do not use a class, message, group discussion or question-and-answer session to obtain a personal recommendation. We may explain a general principle or use a hypothetical example instead of answering a question about your own holdings, debts or proposed transaction.

A company name, historical example, calculation or demonstration is used to explain the subject. It is not a recommendation to invest in that company or follow a particular strategy. Historical performance, a successful example or a simulated result does not promise a future return.

Platforms, accounts and information

We do not open or operate your financial account, hold your money or securities, collect your financial-account credentials or choose investments for you. Use a demonstration account or hypothetical information where practical, and never share passwords, sign-in codes or account access in a class or public discussion.

Before using a financial provider, check its authorization for your country, eligibility rules, terms, costs, risks and applicable tax and reporting obligations. The appearance of a provider or product in an example does not mean that it is available, lawful or suitable for you. Financial decisions can lead to losses, including loss of invested capital. Currency movements, fees and taxes can affect results.

We distinguish illustrative material from commitments in the product description and remain responsible for the accuracy and standard of the supply required by the contract and law.

Applicable law and your rights

We operate from Iceland. The governing-law provision in our Terms of service does not displace mandatory consumer protections, regulatory requirements or court rights that apply in another relevant country. A product discussing a foreign market is not a statement that the same rules apply to every customer worldwide.

Nothing here excludes responsibility for misleading information, a failure to provide the agreed product or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
